Kyle Jackson grew up along the Jersey Shore in

Monmouth Beach, NJ. He worked for his fathers

contracting company helping build custom

single-family homes throughout Monmouth County.

After graduating from high school he moved down

to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. While

studying in college he got his NJ real estate license

and began leasing apartments in Hoboken when

home for the summers. After graduating from the

University of Tampa with a bachelors in

Entrepreneurship he decided to get back into real

estate full-time. Continuing to rent apartments and

sell condos working for Liberty Realty for the next

6 years. It was his reputation for great service that

lead to repeat business and referrals that set him

apart from the other agents. After making a name

for himself he opened his own brokerage in Jersey

City called First Look Realty on November 17th,

2017. He became a certified distressed

property expert (CDPE) and his passion for helping

distressed property owners began to grow. Over the

years he began expanding into underwriting commercial properties and structuring development projects. Today Kyle and his team continue to serve buyers, sellers and investors all though out New Jersey!
